Dr. John's Sedation Dental Care Program
Many of Dr. John's patients prefer to relax through their dental care. Advanced Dentistry offers a Sedation Care Program where qualified patients can just take a small pill and relax and in many cases have all of their dental needs taken care of in just one appointment. It is imperative that you will need somebody to drive you to the appointment and then take you home after the appointment.

Dr. John's Famous Virtually Painless Injection
Most of our patients never know they have received an injection. That's because of Dr. John's famous virtually "Painless Injection" technique. Utilizing principles of Acupuncture, virtually painless injections are now possible, besides the use of topical anesthetics which numbs the spot where the doctor will give you one of the gentlest injections.
Laughing Gas or Nitrous Oxide
Nitrous Oxide is a gas that relaxes one while breathing it along with oxygen during dental treatment. Inhaling this gas makes you relaxed and perhaps a bit tipsy too in the right dosage. Another advantage of Nitrous Oxide is that the effects of laughing gas are immediately reversible. This allows the patient to drive home after the treatment. Many anxious patients find this just adequate. We provide our patients with head phones and calming music, blankets etc..
